            Barrett -Simpson, Inc. is a reorganized corporation formed because the desire of the owners of Barrett Surveying, LLC (formerly Barrett & McPherson, Inc.) and Allen-Simpson, Inc., work together to offer engineering and surveying services to the Alabama and Georgia region. Allen-Simpson, Inc. was formed in April 1994 out of an agreement between Wayne Allen, the previous owner of F. Wayne Allen Surveying and Tim Simpson. Mr. Allen, a Registered Land Surveyor in Alabama and Georgia, retired from the corporation in 2003. George W. (Bill) Barrett, the owner Barrett Surveying, LLC based in Eufaula, AL, also experienced the loss of a partner through the retirement of J.B. McPherson, Jr. in 2003. Tim Simpson and Bill Barrett reached an agreement to work together and thus the new Barrett-Simpson, Inc. was formed in August 2004. Bill Barrett retired in 2021. Tim Simpson serves as President, Blake Rice as Vice President. Chris Rogers as Chief Financial Officer, Eddie Eubanks as Secretary and Jon Ham, as Future Operations Manager are principals/partners in Barrett-Simpson, Inc.
